Reiki is non invasive, easy to receive and is supportive for soothing anxiety, stress, fatigue, burnout, physical pain, grief and has no contraindications alongside prescribed medications, making it an ideal complementary therapy.

I offer appointments for Reiki sessions in Hove East Sussex, and I’m pleased to say that I offer some low cost appointments for people receiving benefits.
